Easiest Way to Change Logon Screen Background in Windows 7
So you have Windows 7 installed and you liked it. But everyday you use your fantastic operating system you get bored with the default logon screen and background of Windows 7. It just gets irritating and doesn’t give you a refreshing mood to start whatever computing task you have for the day. There are a lot of handful freeware and applications available to modify Windows 7 logon screen but so far this application I found is the easiest.

Windows 7 Account Screen Editor

Usage:
Account screen editor provides an easy way to customize the logon background. Click on “set background” and choose a picture for your logon screen. Or drag & drop an image inside the program
Click on: “Default background” to change the logon screen background to the default background.
If a picture is to large, ASE will automatically make the picture smaller.
Click on + for shadow types.
Available languages: Dutch and English
Other languages can be added in the ASELF.lang file.
