Miss Caretaker of Sunohara-sou is a Japanese romantic comedy manga and anime series about a shy boy with feminine looks who moves to an all-female lodging house in Tokyo in an attempt to become more manly. The story follows Aki Shiina, a boy who is often teased and mistaken for a girl due to his small stature and delicate features. Determined to reaffirm his male identity, he decides to move away from home to attend a new middle school in Tokyo. He finds lodging at the Sunohara-sou inn, which, to his surprise, is an all-female dormitory managed by the kind-hearted and voluptuous caretaker, Ayaka Sunohara.
