Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is a 2011 fantasy swashbuckler film, the fourth installment in the franchise, which follows Captain Jack Sparrow on a quest for the fabled Fountain of Youth. The story introduces new characters like the formidable Blackbeard and Jack’s past love interest, Angelica, as they race against Barbossa and the Spanish forces to reach the Fountain. Captain Jack Sparrow finds himself in London, where he discovers an impersonator recruiting a crew in his name. This impostor is revealed to be Angelica (Penélope Cruz), a woman from his past, who forces him aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge, the ship of her father, the notorious pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane).
